Production Area:  Cuvèè area Veneto

Production Method: Sparkling drink produced with sparkling wine, wine, sugar and flavourings. The sparkling wine, obtained with the second fermentation in an autoclave (Charant method), is combined with all the other ingredients according to an original recipe.

Pairings: A fresh and refreshing drink, ideal for any festive or convivial occasion, with appetizers or desserts at the end of the meal. Suitable for fruit salads, ice creams, cakes and dry pastries.
