TASTING NOTES

Oil with a beautiful intense bright green color, good structure with a medium fruitiness in maturation. It opens to the nose with medium intense fruity notes of green olives and a nice herbaceous freshness. The taste is fine and complex with tones of artichoke and almond, bitter and spicy notes in good balance. At the end there are again hints of almond.

DESCRIPTION

It can be placed among the light fruity varieties and is ideal for dressing vegetables to be eaten raw, in salads. As a condiment, or in cooking, ideal for fish dishes or white meats.
