TASTING NOTES

Ruby red color tending to garnet with ageing, winy and delicate bouquet with sometimes hints of bitter almonds, sapid and harmonious in the mouth.

 

DESCRIPTION

The grapes are softly pressed; maceration lasts 8-10 days and takes place at a controlled temperature. An aging of about 6-8 months follows both in large oak barrels and in cement and/or steel.
