TIEMO

Vaulted cover of the Venetian galleys, the tiemo sheltered the commanders and officers from the furies of the seas. In the Bucintoro, the sumptuous ship symbol of the Serenissima, the tiemo was embellished with scarlet velvets and supported by golden caryatids: it was the place of honor reserved for the ducal throne. Precious Prosecco Doc, Tiemo is the Brut version of its twin Galie. The grapes harvested by hand on hillside vineyards are quickly sent for pressing and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature; the subsequent slow second fermentation harmonizes the aromatic heritage returning aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits, the pleasantly balanced and versatile taste makes it ideal as an aperitif, with delicate first courses and spring risottos.
