Production area:  provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini and partly in the province of Bologna (Emilia-Romagna Region)

Production Method: Soft  pressing and fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine rich in aromas and flavors

Pairings: A pleasant wine, easy to drink, suitable for the typical cuisine of this region, tortellini and tagliatelle with meat, fresh cheeses, fish and white meats.
