SAUVIGNON

Pale straw yellow in colour with bright green hues, this Sauvignon has a very elegant bouquet, with mellow vegetal notes of tomato leaves and exotic fruits.
Agreeable taste and acidic and sapid sensation, with a fine persistence. It makes an excellent accompaniment to raw fish starters.
