REDIT
Redìt is a refined wine, produced from carefully selected Cannonau grapes. Its character is very territorial, with the vineyards located in the area of Santa Maria La Palma, a few hundred meters from the sea. The soil is calcareous and draining, ideal in ensuring an optimal condition for the production of wines of great depth and volume.
The wine is fermented and macerated in steel containers for about 15 days. It is then left to age for 14 months in 500-litre French oak barrels, where it acquires an aromatic complexity, rich in spicy notes. The refinement in the bottle will enhance and improve the organoleptic complexities over time.
