RECONTA
Recònta was born in the calcareous territories of Usini and Villassunta where the autochthonous Cagnulari vine reaches an optimal maturation White soils, lacking in water but rich in limestone and minerals that are very useful for supporting the plant And it is precisely these pedoclimatic conditions that allow Cagnulari to tell the scents and herbaceous scents typical of the Mediterranean area, best developing its organoleptic characteristics.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of October, fermented in steel containers for about 18 days Followed by refinement in French oak barriques from the Allier forests for 14 months and subsequent maturation in steel
