A charmat pas dosé, bright straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aroma of delicate yellow apple and pear pulp, clear traits of the varietal aroma. Caressing on the palate, with fruity returns accompanied by pleasant acidic notes. Dry, dry, elegant. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with raw shellfish, with any fish meal.
