Primitivo from Puglia IGT

 

Production Method: Pressing and maceration to extract the color and soft tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and racking. The wine rests and ages exclusively in steel tanks before bottling.

Pairings: Perfect with cold cuts appetizer, vegetable soup, red meats and medium-aged cheeses. It has a firm body and can be combined with grilled red meat dishes.
