Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, delicately fruity and flowery bouquet, dry, pleasantly harmonious flavour.

DESCRIPTION

Selection of the best grapes, soft pressing and subsequent fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. This is followed by the refinement of the wine both in steel and cement with the exception of a minimal percentage which evolves in small oak barrels.
