Grappa ‘Land of Grappe’

Grappa obtained from the skilful distillation of exclusively Friulian pomace; distillation performed with the discontinuous method, synonymous with an ancient artisan procedure. With this product, Ciemme wanted to recover the lost taste of the grappas of yesteryear: strong and decisive while fully maintaining the aromas and fragrances typical of the Friuli marcs.
