The grapes harvested by hand on hillside vineyards are quickly sent for pressing and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature; the subsequent slow second fermentation harmonizes the aromatic heritage returning aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruits, the pleasantly balanced and versatile taste makes it ideal as an aperitif, with delicate first courses and spring risottos.
