After having selected the best part of the grapes, it is softly pressed for no more than 55% of the yield and each cru is vinified alone. The wine is fermented in steel vats and in small oak barrels. After that, the cuvée is refined by natural refermentation in the bottle and subsequently élevage on the lees for a period of no less than 24 months
