Tasting notes

The wine has a straw yellow color with a very fine, intense and persistent perlage. The scent is decisive and fresh, with hints of jasmine, citrus fruit, apricot and a fragrant nuance of bread crust and yeast. On the palate it is round, elegant and mineral, with a long and persistent finish.

Pairings

Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with sushi, appetizers and pasta with seafood.
