CHARDONNAY

Straw yellow in colour with attractive greenish hues, this Chardonnay has a light aroma evoking green apples and acacia flowers. It has a fresh acidic taste, followed by an agreeable sapidity, and a nice bitter finish reminiscent of almonds. It makes an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish and white meat dishes.
