Tasting notes

The wine has an intense red color with vibrant purple notes. The scent is intense, with hints of wild blackberries and morello cherries. On the palate it is clean and defined, with notes of dates and hints of maritime pine.

Pairings

Excellent in combination with braised red meat, game and semi-mature cheeses.
