CARANTO

Caranto is the compact layer of clay that lies at the base of the Venice lagoon, a natural element mentioned in the ocher and brown colors of the label. A material shaped by the passing of the centuries, the caranto is a memory of distant times, such as that evoked by the intense flavor of our Pinot Noir, suitable for celebrating everyday meals. Resting in the bottle for a few weeks keeps those intense and pleasant scents of strawberries and raspberries and that harmonious and full-bodied flavour. Its color is ruby ​​red. A wine that deserves to be tasted in combination with first courses, white meats, red meats and cheeses.
