Tasting notes

The wine has a straw yellow colour, releases fresh hints of acacia flowers and wisteria in harmony with delicate honey notes. The taste is fresh and pleasant, thanks to the right balance between sugar and acidity which make it a harmonious and persistent wine.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with octopus salad and vegetable omelette.
