Arturo Bersano is considered one of the fathers of the satin cap Brachetto as evidenced by some bottles of the 1957 vintage jealously kept in our cellars. With enlightened intuition he had understood the potential of this sweet and aromatic wine, with a moderate alcohol content and the unmistakable and intoxicating scent of a newly opened rose.
