BATTITO Pinot Noir

BATTITO, fascinating and seductive wine, love and hate of every winemaker. One of the most difficult varieties to cultivate and make wine. Ruby red in color which tends to garnet with aging. Elegant, delicate, fine bouquet with fruity notes of berries, jasmine, violet. With a slight aging in barriques, balsamic and spicy tones emerge. On the palate it is soft and inviting, supported by velvety tannins, good acidity and freshness. Wine for the whole meal, ideal with refined foods, it goes well with appetizers of cured meats, first courses and roasted white meats.
