Production Method:  Soft pressing and fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine rich in acidity and aromas.

Pairings:  Wine to drink throughout the meal, excellent  with dishes based on white meats, fish and sweet and medium-aged cheeses
