Production Area:  Selected Italian winegrowing areas

Production method: Short maceration and soft pressing and fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine rich in acidity, aromas and soft tannins.

Pairings:  Wine to drink throughout the meal, excellent  with simple red meat dishes, roasts, cold cuts, soft and medium-aged cheeses
