Production Method: Pressing and maceration to extract the color and soft tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and racking.

Pairings:  Wine to drink throughout the meal, excellent  with simple red meat dishes, roasts, cold cuts, soft and medium-aged cheeses
