Montepulciano DOC

 

Production area: Grapes grown in the DOC area which extends over the entire coastal and foothill hills of the Abruzzo region

Production Method: Pressing and long maceration to extract the color and soft tannins. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks with frequent pumping over and racking.

Pairings:  Cold cuts appetizers. First courses with meat sauce. Second courses based on grilled red meats, arrosticini, game. Aged cheeses
