Production Method: Soft pressing and fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature to maintain the natural aromas of the grapes and obtain a base wine rich in acidity and aromas.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it is a wine to drink throughout the meal. Ideal with light appetizers and first courses,
white meats, fish dishes, soft and medium-aged cheeses
