MILLESIMATO ROSE Extra Dry

Type: Millesimato Rosé Extra Dry sparkling wine

Grapes: Red grapes suited to sparkling wine, from a single vintage, in particular Merlot.

Production Area  Grapes from the Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions

Production Method: Pressing of the grapes and separation of the must from the skins within 48 hours. Second fermentation (Presa di Spuma) natural in pressure steel tanks (Charmat method). The entire fermentation and refermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature without ever exceeding 18-19°C in order to enhance the typical flavors and fragrances of the grapes.

Color: Bright pink

Bouquet: Characterized by intense and delicate aromas of ripe fruit.

Taste: Persistent, with notes of red fruits and slightly sweet sensations.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C

Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with delicate first courses, fish, white meats and cheeses.

Strengths: 11.5 vol + 18 g/lt sugar
