TASTING NOTES
Wine with an intense red colour, persistent and harmonious flavour, fruity aroma with slight spicy notes and with particular scents reminiscent of bitter almonds.
DESCRIPTION
Selection of the best bunches from the Montegradella vineyards. The grapes are gently pressed and left to ferment for 8/10 days at a controlled temperature; after pressing, a fraction of 10-20% of the must is eliminated to thus obtain a greater concentration of the skins during fermentation; this allows to increase the color and the tannins of this wine. After racking and the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the refinement begins which lasts for about 18-24 months both in cement and in large oak barrels. The wine then rests for another 4 months in the bottle.
