Chianti DOCG Lucere
BOUQUET AND TASTE:
A very pleasant bouquet, lingering with immediate fruity notes, predominantly of red and black cherries. Dry and slightly tannic on the palate, but more refined over time, becoming soft with velvet tones. A clean finale with harmonious and pleasant aftertaste.
PAIRINGS:
“Pici” pasta and tagliatelle with sauce, “ribollita” and Tuscan stew, roast meat, bruschetta and Tuscan charcuterie.
