Tasting notes

The wine has a straw yellow color with excellent greenish reflections. The nose has intense aromas of jasmine, basil and grapefruit, sensations of tomato leaf and fresh bay leaf. On the palate it is mineral and savory, with hints of aromatic herbs such as oregano and mint.

Pairings

Excellent in combination with mixed cheeses, mixed fish appetizers, rice salads.
