Tasting notes

The wine has a powder pink colour, a fine and persistent foam, the nose is pleasantly delicate with hints of black cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is very fresh and balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif, in combination with fish appetizers, shellfish and fish crudités.
