Tasting notes

The wine has a straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The scent is intense, with aromas of citrus, peach, apricot and hints of mint and basil. On the palate it has excellent harmony between fruit aromas and minerality, with a fresh and persistent finish.

Pairings

Excellent in combination with oysters, seafood salads, grilled fish.
