EL RUDEN
El Ruden recalls the color of iron touched by time (ruden, rust), that of clayey soils, vine binding systems and old work tools. It is a tribute to the landscape and its hills, seen from the corten steel terrace of our estate; it is a symbol of belonging to a territory that is revealed in the smallest details, from the geographical coordinates to the elegant lines of the maps that decorate the label. The grapes are harvested by hand in small baskets in the months of September/October. A part of these is placed on racks for 3 months of drying; the remaining portion is destemmed and fermented with the skins for about 15/20 days. Reassembled the cut in its entirety, it is transferred to medium toasted Allier French oak barriques where it is aged for 8/9 months followed by bottling. The subsequent stop in the bottle will give consistency to the solid and authoritative character of this wine whose component of dried grapes will be able to give all its character.
