Estrò is a hymn to fantasy, a celebration of the imaginative power that has always guided the genius of artists in the creation of their works. Estrò is a Chardonnay that links its name to tradition and is capable of recalling at the first sip that making wine is also an art. It is the right wine for dishes inspired by “grand cuisine”, excellent with the most refined seafood dishes and with vegetarian appetizers. Due to its natural predisposition it is the ideal companion in meetings with friends. The grapes are gently pressed, the skins are cold macerated for a short time and the must is then decanted.
