Let’s imagine a mythological personification of a docile wind, a graceful goddess who makes thoughts fly away with her perfumed whispers: it is Alisia, a golden and floral breath of grapes that will surprise you with its timeless elegance. Due to its personality, as well as as an aperitif, it is a wine suitable for the whole range of light hors d’oeuvres, dry and broth soups. Excellent with crustaceans, baked and sauced fish, as well as with white meats. Towards the end of August the grapes undergo soft pressing, decantation and fermentation at 18-19 °C. Once filtered and bottled, the wine then rests in the bottle for a few months, reaching a harmonious, elegant and elegant flavour. The intense and fruity but at the same time fine and elegant aroma recalls notes of hay and fresh walnut husk.
