The white flower and the soft sinuosities of the natural elements that adorn the special Astor bottle introduce the soft ruby-colored heart of our Spumante Extra Dry: a harmonious, young and lively wine that does not forget its fashionable soul. Soft on the palate, the historic Rosé of Astoria is told with an elegant caress of bubbles. Varieties of white and red grapes are blended and pressed to form the cuvée which the subsequent slow second fermentation at low temperature will make unique, ready to show the richness of its elegant, complex aromas; the fine, soft taste but also with a strong character makes it ideal as an aperitif, with delicate herb-based first courses and fish main courses.
