Astoria toasts its countless successes with you. The love for the earth and constant evolution represent a point of pride, where the image acquires a profound meaning and effective communicative depth. For this Cuvèe, only the best bunches of manually harvested Glera grapes are selected. We then proceed to the soft pressing and static decantation of the must. The primary fermentation takes place in steel containers at 16 °C followed by the second fermentation in an autoclave. The rest in the bottle for at least 1-2 months concludes the cycle: an Anniversary with an intense, sweet, fruity and extremely harmonious character.
